Before your first draft

What is DreamDraft?

DreamDraft is a browser game for building all-time rosters from real sports seasons. Choose a sport, make your picks and compare the completed roster using that sport’s game model.

Which sport can I play?

Baseball, basketball, football and hockey are open to play. Each sport has its own roster and game model.

Do I need an account?

You can play a solo draft as a guest. Sign in to keep your rosters with an account or join leagues and tournaments.

Are solo drafts timed?

Daily has a 30-second Pick Clock. Time Machine, Year, Franchise and championship drafts are untimed. Once a Daily starts, its clock keeps running while you are away. At zero, the game makes an automatic eligible pick.

Do the results predict real games?

Real season statistics feed each sport’s game model. Results describe that game model and do not predict real games.

Why isn’t a completed roster on the leaderboard?

Each board has rules for its format and player pool. Private competition entries and unranked practice stay off the solo boards. Read the rules beside the board for that sport.
