What can we help with?

Account access and saved drafts

Tell us your DreamDraft username and whether you're having trouble signing in, verifying your email or finding saved progress. If you played as a guest, say which browser and device you used. Guest progress belongs to that browser session, so those details matter when a roster seems to be missing.

You can open your account to check your sign-in options and settings. Describe the problem, and keep your password and recovery links out of the message.

Drafts, leagues and tournaments

Include the sport, draft format and the page where play stopped. Describe the last action that worked and the next action that failed. A missing player, a selection that won't save and an unexpected draft order are different problems, so name the specific behavior you saw.

For rules questions, check the rules on your game's page, the baseball game guide or the sports draft game FAQ. League settings, saved turns and displayed deadlines govern that event.

Statistics and scoring

Tell us whether you're looking at an all-time draft result or a live game. All-time drafts turn real season stats into a game estimate, so they don't reproduce a real team's record. Pick the Stick, Buckets, Light the Lamp and Touchdown follow the scoring rules shown for that game, and an official stat correction can change a score.

For a possible error, name the player, team, season or game date, the number shown and the number you expected. Include a link to the source you're comparing. A screenshot helps when the issue is how a table or score appears on screen.

Article corrections and feedback

Found a wrong record, a broken link or a detail that needs context? Send the article address, the passage you mean and a source that supports the correction. For an image problem, name the logo, season label or other detail that looks wrong.

You can also suggest a team or season to cover, or describe a feature you'd use. Tell us what you want to do and where the current page gets in your way. Existing articles are on the DreamDraft blog.

Community concerns

Use the report control where it's available for a comment that needs review. For a profile concern, send the page link and describe the problem. Include the username or visible comment so the right item can be found, and keep other people's private details out of the message.

Privacy and content questions

Write to us about account information, a privacy request or material published on DreamDraft. For a request about your account, write from its email address and describe the information or action involved. We may need to confirm you control the account before completing a request.

The Privacy Policy explains account data, public rosters and account closure. The Terms of Use cover play, community conduct and content concerns.

What should a bug report include?

A useful report gives us a way to find the page and repeat the problem. Include the page address, your sport and draft format, what you clicked, what you expected and what appeared instead. Add your browser and device, plus the approximate time and time zone if a turn or deadline was involved.

For example, a Year Draft report could read:

In my basketball Year Draft, I picked a player for an open roster spot. The page stayed on the same team and the player didn't appear on my roster. I expected the next team to load. Here's the draft page address and a screenshot of the message.

Replace that example with your own steps. Email a screenshot when it shows an error message or a layout problem, and crop out private information first.

Contact questions

Do I need an account to contact DreamDraft?

No. Use the form or email hello@dreamdraft.net about guest play, articles or the website. Include a username for an account question, or the browser and device you used for a guest draft.

Should I send my password or verification link?

No. Send the problem description and your username. Keep passwords, sign-in links, verification links and private invitation codes out of support messages and screenshots.

Where should I send a scoring correction?

Use the form or email hello@dreamdraft.net with the result page, the player, the season or game date and the stat you believe is wrong. A source link lets us compare the same numbers. For a live game, include the scoring rule or point breakdown you're asking about.

Can I contact DreamDraft about a league deadline?

Yes. Include the league page and the displayed deadline, with your time zone. The saved rules and server deadline still govern play while a question is being reviewed, so check your league page for the current turn and status.

Email DreamDraft

Send your question to hello@dreamdraft.net. A specific subject, such as "Basketball Year Draft selection problem" or "NFL article correction," tells us what your message is about.
