Using DreamDraft
DreamDraft is an independently operated service based in Michigan, United States. For account, privacy or site questions, contact DreamDraft at hello@dreamdraft.net.
These terms cover DreamDraft's games, accounts and community features. By using the site, you agree to follow them. DreamDraft is for people age 13 or older.
Our Privacy Policy explains how the site handles your information. The game guide and the rules shown for a competition explain how play works.
Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details private. Do not impersonate another person or use another person's account. You are responsible for the choices and content you submit through your account.
Some features require a verified email address and a permitted username. Google sign-in is optional. Connecting a Google identity to an existing password account requires proof of access; a matching email address does not automatically merge accounts.
Games, scoring and deadlines
All-time roster games produce modeled season results. Those results are game estimates, not actual past outcomes or a prediction of future performance. Pick the Stick uses published rules and sourced live-game statistics.
Competition settings, saved rules, entry limits and server deadlines govern play. A missed deadline can cause a skipped choice, automatic selection or forfeit as the displayed rules specify. Optional email is a reminder, and provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox receipt. Check the competition page for the current turn, deadline and status.
Official feeds can be delayed, unavailable or corrected. A changed lineup or interrupted game can pause Pick the Stick. A correction can change points and standings. Do not submit fabricated statistics, manipulate requests, bypass entry limits or interfere with another manager's turn.
DreamDraft Pro membership
DreamDraft Pro is an optional paid membership that changes how your player card looks. It costs $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year in US dollars, plus any tax that applies. Every game, Daily Challenge, league and tournament stays free, and Pro never changes scoring, rankings or eligibility.
Stripe takes the payment on its own checkout page. A membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We will tell you before a price change applies to your renewal.
You can cancel at any time on the Pro page or in your account settings. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires. If a charge looks wrong, contact hello@dreamdraft.net.
Cancel Pro before closing your account. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again, and Pro ends if the payment cannot be completed.
Community conduct and moderation
Use names, profiles and discussions respectfully. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, private information about someone else, or material you have no right to share. Do not try to break the site, evade restrictions or gain unauthorized access.
You retain the rights you have in your own content. By posting it, you allow DreamDraft to store it and show it to the audience allowed by that feature and your settings. Do not post something you need to keep confidential.
Automated text checks and human review can restrict content or accounts. Hosts can remove discussion posts in their competitions, and authorized staff can review reports and take moderation action. A report does not automatically hide a post. Use the report control where available, or contact us about abuse or a disputed restriction.
Changes, access and account closure
The operator may change features or restrict access to address abuse, security problems or operational needs. Maintenance, outages and provider problems can interrupt play. Saved game history does not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.
You can close an account through My account, subject to commissioner duties and account-access checks. Closure does not remove all competition history or retained backups. The Privacy Policy explains what remains. Contact us if you need help or want to question an account restriction.
Sports data and outside services
DreamDraft is an independent sports game and is not affiliated with MLB, the NBA or their teams. Season statistics, live facts, source material and names can have rights or terms belonging to their respective owners. Source links and attribution do not grant ownership of that material.
Google sign-in, email delivery and linked websites involve outside services with their own terms and policies. Do not use DreamDraft content or services in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

Contact hello@dreamdraft.net with questions, account disputes or content concerns. Include enough detail for us to find the issue, but do not send your password or a sign-in link.
The effective date appears at the top of this page. If the terms change, we will publish the revised text here so you can review the terms that apply to continued use.
